Regenere is a service owned and operated by Oya Solutions Informática Ltda. 4. Professional Referrals (Psychologists)
Regenere may provide lists or suggestions of mental health professionals. These are strictly for referral and informational purposes. * No Commercial Link: There is no commercial link, partnership, or revenue sharing between Regenere/Oya Solutions and these professionals.
5. Retention, Security, and Rights
Data is kept while the account is active or as legally required. Users may request data deletion via suporte@regenere.app. We adopt reasonable technical measures to protect data, though no system is entirely immune to failures. Users may exercise their legal rights (access, correction, portability) via email.
Terms of Use
1. Object and Scope
Regenere is an online platform for emotional education and personal self-knowledge, allowing the recording of emotional states and personal evolution tracking. Use constitutes a temporary software license (SaaS).
2. Educational Nature (Non-Medical Disclaimer)

No Therapy: Regenere is NOT a provider of psychological or medical services.

Utility Tool: The platform is an educational and personal utility tool. It DOES NOT replace professional treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care.

Crisis Support: In case of emergency or crisis, users should contact specialized services (such as 188 in Brazil) or qualified professionals.
3. Independent Professionals
Regenere may indicate independent psychologists or health professionals.

Disclaimer of Liability: Oya Solutions Informática Ltda has no responsibility for the conduct, opinions, or therapeutic outcomes of any independent professional contacted through or mentioned in the app.

No Agency: No agency, partnership, or employment relationship exists between Oya Solutions and these professionals.
4. Account and Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials. Access is personal and non-transferable. Subscriptions may be required for certain features.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and source code of Regenere are the exclusive property of Oya Solutions Informática Ltda.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Belo Horizonte – MG, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
